Cancellation Policy

Serenity Esthetic – Cancellation, No-Show Policy, Late fee At Serenity Esthetic by Myra, your appointment time is reserved especially for you. Out of respect for my time and other clients, please review the following policy: Cancellations: Please cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to a 35% service fee for late cancellation of the services. No-Call / No-Show If you no-call no-show, you will be charged 50% of the service price. I will ask no questions. This fee must be paid before you can book any future appointments. Late Arrivals: • If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, you may need to be rescheduled, and a late fee of $15 may apply.
